THE H2O Jet DIAMOND INTEGRAL CUTTING HEAD
The H2O Jet Diamond Integral Cutting Head is a quantum leap in cutting performance, reliability and productivity. Through empirical analysis and extensive field testing, it has been optimized for real-world conditions. The H2O Jet Diamond Cutting Head is NOT a variation on the same old theme. Rather, it’s a departure from the norm that results in superior performance and reduced operating costs.
- PERFECT ORIFICE TO NOZZLE ALIGNMENT –
The nozzle is perfectly aligned directly to the orifice during
manufacture.
NO OTHER CUTTING HEAD OFFERS THIS ADVANTAGE!! Part misalignment,
overtorqueing errors and stackup tolerance issues are virtually
eliminated. This alignment directs the jetstream perfectly through
the abrasive nozzle putting maximum cutting power to the part
and greatly increases nozzle life.

With a Diamond orifice, a superior jetstream is produced. Stream
quality is enhanced over the life of the orifice. Because of the
Diamond’s intrinsically superior resistance to wear, orifice

SHORT STOP FILTER
 The H2O Jet “Short-Stop” High-Pressure Filter is by far the most effective device available for protecting line-borne contaminants from damaging orifice assemblies. Installing our exclusive filter will help reduce orifice-related downtime and boost productivity. Prevent upstream debris generated by normal wear and maintenance from clogging or prematurely destroying your orifice and increase reliability. This highly effective filter blocks contaminants from the most common sources within any HP waterjet system.

H2O JET DIAMOND NOZZLE WARRANTY
Warranty: Part # 800101
All diamond nozzle assemblies are warranted to work for 500 hours or four months from ship date, provided the customer is using the “Short Stop” Filter, part # 400096-1 for all mounts.
The most effective method to install this filter is to order H2O Jet Short Stop Filter Assembly, #301026-1 for 1/4” tubing or 301026-2 for 3/8” tubing. This kit contains the filter, an adapter body and a 1/4“ female to 3/8” male adapter for customers using 1/4” tubing.
When a customer reports a premature failure, they must obtain a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and ship the diamond orifice assembly to H2O Jet at the customer’s expense. The item packaging must clearly show the RMA number on the packing slip or shipping documents. When H2O Jet receives the item, we will make the warranty determination based on a visual inspection report and approval.
Core Credit: Part # 801x01-x (depending on style)
All used diamond nozzle assemblies qualify for an intrinsic value credit of $50.00 provided the item is returned, the customer has ordered a new diamond nozzle assembly, and the customer has not attempted to modify or tamper with the original assembly. The diamond must be useable.
When a customer reports a core credit request, they must obtain an RMA number. Upon receipt of the item, H2O Jet will make the $50.00 credit determination based on a visual inspection report and approval. This credit is solely at the discretion of H2O Jet.
Remount Charge: Part # 811201
If a customer orders a diamond nozzle assembly in the wrong mount style, there will be a Remount Charge of $150.00 to remove, remount and retest the diamond provided that the customer has not attempted to use, modify or tamper with the original assembly. The diamond must be new and not used.
When a customer reports a remount request, they must obtain an RMA number. Upon receipt of the item, H2O Jet will make the $150 Remount Charge determination based on a visual inspection report and approval.
Inspection Charge: Part # 811000
Diamond nozzle assemblies that are outside of the warranty period can be inspected to determine the cause of inferior performance. Oftentimes, these diamond nozzle assemblies can be reused. The charge for inspection, cleaning and retesting is $50.00 per assembly.
When a customer reports an inspection request, they must obtain an RMA number. Upon receipt of the item, H2O Jet will make the $50 Inspection Charge determination based on a visual inspection report and approval.
